Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth, community engagement, and sales across retail and digital channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns including branding, advertising, content creation, social media, CRM, events, and PR initiatives.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, social media, email, analytics, and content marketing) to enhance online presence and customer acquisition.
  • Build and manage CRM programs to strengthen customer relationships, boost retention, and reactivate lapsed customers.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Operations, Merchandising, and eCommerce teams to support business goals through impactful in-store and online marketing executions.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a marketing team to deliver innovative and results-driven initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably in health, beauty, or wellness industries.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to emerging marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure with a collaborative mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
