About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with high-profile local and multinational brands. You will serve as the face of our company to existing and prospective clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and entrench senior client relationships, positioning In Circle as a principal business partner.
  • Solicit feedback from clients and act as a consultant, providing strategic guidance for influencer marketing campaigns and channel optimization.
  • Improve overall client satisfaction and lifetime value by monitoring key metrics such as Churn Rate, Average Contract Length, and Upsell Rate.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to expand revenue in client accounts.
  • Drive the development and implementation of processes, tools, and systems to enhance the quality of client servicing, pitches, and onboarding.

Revenue Generation and Financial Tracking:

  • Actively seek areas to upsell In Circle's core products and pursue additional revenue opportunities within existing client engagements.
  • Oversee overall revenue performance, create tracking and profitability reports, and provide regular updates to the Head of Growth and management committee.
  • Manage regular revenue and pipeline reporting.

Development: Business and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Project Management and Talent Management teams to draft financial proposals that meet client expectations.
  • Identify suitable brand-aligned content creators for campaigns and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Explore business opportunities with existing and new agency partners, such as digital agencies, advertising firms, and events and activations companies.
  • Support the Head of Growth in evaluating business strategies to adapt to market and competitive conditions in the influencer marketing and digital agency industry.
