About the role

Victorian Placement Agency' is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team in our call centre based in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls with a focus on resolving queries efficiently and professionally
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in English and the local language
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
