About the role

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking passionate and driven Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic BPO call centre team in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. As a CSR, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Providing product and service information to customers
  5. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  6. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  7. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the BPO industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  6. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
