About the role

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Dasmarinas City Cavite. As a CSR, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  2. Providing accurate and comprehensive information to customers, ensuring their satisfaction
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  5. Actively listening to customers, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to finding solutions
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver a consistent customer experience
