About the role

Are you an exceptional communicator looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced customer service team? Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our virtual call centre based in Dasmarinas City Cavite. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch service and support to ensure their moving experience is seamless and stress-free.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Efficiently addressing customer inquiries, concerns and complaints to resolve issues in a timely manner
  3. Providing accurate information about our services, policies and procedures
  4. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell relevant products and services
  6. Collaborating with other teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
  7. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the logistics or moving industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM and helpdesk tools
  5. A positive, friendly and professional attitude with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
  6. Flexibility to work in a virtual environment and adapt to changing priorities
