About the role

As the Entertainment Venue Coordinator at the Philippine Football Federation, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the operations of the organisation's entertainment venues. This contract position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of events and activities at the Federation's facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and overseeing the planning and execution of various events and activities at the Federation's entertainment venues
  • Managing the booking and scheduling of the venues to maximise utilisation and revenue
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to deliver successful events
  • Ensuring the venues are well-maintained, equipped, and prepared for events
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance and usage of the venues
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or venue coordination within the sport and recreation industry
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proven experience in budget management and cost-control
  • Familiarity with sports venue operations and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
  • Passion for the sport and recreation industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
