About the role

The Philippine Football Federation is seeking an experienced Guest Operations & Relations Manager to join our team on a contract basis for the upcoming FIFA Futsal Women's World Cup . Based in our Pasig City office, this role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests and stakeholders at our football events and facilities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee all aspects of guest services and event operations, including venue management and hospitality
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing responsive and personalized support
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth event execution
  5. Monitor and report on guest feedback, identifying areas for improvement
  6. Manage and train a team of guest services and operations personnel
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in guest services, event operations, or a related field
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  4. Experience managing and leading a team of guest services professionals
  5. Familiarity with the sports and entertainment industry, particularly in the football/soccer domain
  6. Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-profile events
  7. Proficient in using relevant event management and guest services software
