TEEG is the powerhouse behind some of the most loved Family Entertainment Centres across Asia Pacific -including Timezone, Zone Bowling, Kingpin and Play 'N' Learn. We're all about creating unforgettable guest experiences through games, rides, attractions, and vibrant brand storytelling.

We're on the hunt for a multi-skilled Designer to join our Manila-based team, reporting into the Group Head of Marketing and the Australian Head of Design to help shape the visual identity of our brands across Australia and New Zealand.

What you'll do:

  • Craft compelling design across print, digital, social, in-venue screens, packaging, presentations, and more.
  • Collaborate with our ANZ teams to ensure brand consistency and elevate creative output.
  • Review and refine creative assets to align with brand guidelines.
  • Contribute ideas, solve design challenges, and improve processes.
  • Maintain design libraries and assets for easy access and future use.

What you'll bring:

  • A strong grasp of design principles, layout, typography, and colour.
  • A portfolio that showcases multi-channel design work and creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
  • Skills in vector design, image retouching, and colour correction.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across APAC.
  • A track record of delivering high-impact campaigns and retail collateral.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for polished, purposeful design.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bonus: Video editing or motion graphics experience.

Important:

· Role is based 5 days in the office in Manila so you must be able to travel there each day
