About the role

The Philippine Football Federation is seeking an experienced IT Venue Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all IT-related activities and requirements at our match venues across Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a crucial position that ensures the seamless operation of our events and the delivery of a world-class experience for players, officials, and fans.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the set-up, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipment and infrastructure at designated match venues
  • Liaise with venue management, event organisers, and other stakeholders to understand and meet IT requirements
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any IT-related issues that arise during events
  • Ensure the secure and reliable operation of critical systems such as match data, media feeds, and scoreboards
  • Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement new technologies and improve venue IT capabilities
  • Document all IT processes, configurations, and incident responses for knowledge sharing and future reference

What we're looking for

  • Essential: 3-5 years of experience in an IT support or venue technology coordination role, preferably in the sports or events industry
  • Essential: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure and find creative solutions
  • Essential: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Preferred: Knowledge of audio-visual systems, broadcast technology, and IT infrastructure in a live event setting
  • Preferred: Experience with project management and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines
