About the role

The Philippine Football Federation is seeking a skilled Ticketing Venue Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of ticketing and venue management for our upcoming football events in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As the Ticketing Venue Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ticketing and venue logistics to deliver an exceptional experience for our fans and attendees.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end ticketing process, including sales, distribution, and customer service
  • Coordinate with the venue staff to ensure seamless venue setup, access control, and crowd management
  • Develop and implement ticketing strategies to maximise revenue and attendance
  • Liaise with marketing and communications teams to promote ticket sales and provide up-to-date information to the public
  • Oversee the ticketing team, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
  • Analyse ticketing data and provide recommendations to improve future events
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event ticketing or venue management
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using ticketing and event management software
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements
  • Passion for sports and a keen interest in the football industry
