About the role

As the Marketing Venue Coordinator at the Philippine Football Federation, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and marketing efforts for all football events and matches hosted at our facilities in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a contract position with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of football in the Philippines.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote upcoming matches and events
  3. Manage venue branding, including signage, LED displays, and sponsor activations
  4. Oversee the production and distribution of event-related collateral, such as programs, tickets, and merchandise
  5. Collaborate with the media and public relations teams to maximize event coverage and engagement
  6. Monitor and analyze event performance data to identify areas for improvement
  7. Assist with budget management and cost control for event-related expenses

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or marketing, preferably in the sports industry
  2. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in event marketing and digital/social media promotion
  5. Familiarity with football or other sports events is highly desirable
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements
