Job Title: Finance Staff (Operations)

Education:

  • Preferably Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

Experience:

  • Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office

Job Summary:

Responsible for cash management and cash monitoring across all business lines, including eGames (Venue and RGP), eBingo, and S4G.

Objectives:

  • Collection
  • Replenishment
  • Daily reporting
  • Reconciliation

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily reports for eGames (Venue and RGP), eBingo, and NDM
  • Coordinate with sites for cash collection, replenishment, and machine provider share
  • Perform reconciliation with sites, settle transactions with payment gateways, handle eBingo machine provider billing, and reconcile bank transactions and book entries
  • Perform tasks related to BCF and GH monitoring, replenishment, and cash management as assigned by the Assistant Manager and/or CFO–Treasury
