Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Chairman and CEO, providing financial insights and updates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure efficient stock inventory management.
  • Lead and manage the accounting team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial reporting in adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management on financial forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage internal and external audit processes to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements tailored to the pest control chemicals and equipment distribution industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in industry-relevant accounting software and tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Workplace location: Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
