About the Role

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Staff – Commission Processing to join our dynamic team at Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp. in Dasmariñas City, Cavite. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely computation, validation, and processing of agents' commissions.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Compute and process agents' commissions accurately and on schedule
  • Validate sales documents, contracts, and requirements prior to commission processing
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and other departments to ensure complete and accurate commission data
  • Maintain and update commission records and reports
  • Assist in resolving commission-related concerns and inquiries
  • Prepare summaries and reconciliation reports related to commission payouts
  • Perform data entry and filing of financial documents related to commissions
  • Support other finance-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
