About the role

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Finance Staff to join our growing team at International Marketing Group' located in Dasmariñas City, Cavite. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the company's financial operations and support our ongoing success.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases
  • Support the accounting team in various administrative and clerical tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Open to FRESH GRADS or with experience in a similar finance or accounting role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
