  • Managed ERP migration for a manufacturing company across 3 countries.
  • SEC & BIR company registration
  • Contract drafting & review (suppliers, customers, banks)
  • Liaise with legal counsels and 3rd party consultants

ROLES:

Professional Summary

CPA with 8+ years experience in finance and operations within manufacturing. High

analytical skills background in corporate restructuring, SEC/ BIR registration, PEZA/

BOI, ERP migration, tax planning, and supply chain cost control is an advantage but not

mandatory, He/she will lead regulatory and financial transitions and system migrations

with zero operational downtime.
