About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team at Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp. in Dasmarinas City Cavite. This full-time role will provide vital support to our accounting department, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions and records.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers
  • Perform data entry tasks and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Provide support in the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide customer service to clients and vendors as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures

  • Strong proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
