The opportunity

As a Sales Executive at Monark Group of Companies, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively prospect for new clients and generate leads to expand the company's customer base.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to support the sales process and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and new products or services that could benefit clients.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a truck, heavy equipment, or automotive.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to client challenges.
