Position Summary:The Sales Executive (Auto Parts Brand) will be responsible for promoting, selling, and expanding Orro Home's Auto Parts product line. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, conducting field visits, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of auto engine parts and fast-moving parts, proven experience in sales within the auto industry, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell Orro Home's Auto Parts products to clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct fieldwork, client visits, and on-site product presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Understand and explain product specifications, compatibility, and features to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with the internal team for product availability, pricing, and after-sales support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Auto Parts Sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of auto engine parts and fast-moving automotive parts.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork or client visits.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Possesses a valid driver's license (advantage).
- Field-based / On-the-Go
- May be required to report occasionally to the main office for meetings or updates.
