Salary: P20,000.00 – P25, Commission and other allowances

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits
  • Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our offerings and address client inquiries
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat orders
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in a manufacturing company set-up, real estate, insurance, and/or hospitality industry

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (odoo)

  • Other Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Knows how to drive and with non-professional driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling in HORECA industry
  • Familiarity with Hotel and Hospital industry
