- Audience engagement: Build and maintain a consistent brand presence and engage with online audiences through social media and other platforms.
- Analysis and reporting: Track marketing metrics, analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, and report on campaign performance, including ROI and KPIs.
- Optimization: Use insights from data analysis to optimize campaigns, improve user experience, and identify new growth strategies.
Essential skills and qualifications
- Technical skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads), and SEO principles.
- Analytical ability: Strong ability to analyze data, evaluate end-to-end customer experiences, and identify conversion points.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop marketing plans, identify trends, and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for content creation and reporting.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with internal teams, such as sales, design, and data analysts, and external vendors or agencies.
