Job Title:
Sales Executive – Pharmaceutical Packaging
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in promoting and selling pharmaceutical packaging products. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions to represent the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceutical packaging or related industries (e.g., medical supplies, packaging solutions).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen.
- Willingness to travel as required.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
