Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement assigned learning and development programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and training needs.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate training courses that support both technical and soft skill development of employees or trainees.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments and external training providers to deliver effective and relevant learning experiences.
  • Handle training administrative tasks, including documentation, report preparation, training schedules, and logistics coordination.
  • Oversee and manage the internship program, ensuring structured learning, performance tracking, and effective integration with academic institutions.
  • Support and oversee performance management processes, including monitoring key performance indicators, conducting assessments, and assisting in performance review cycles.
  • Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing set-up is an advantage, not required
  • Amenable to travel as needed
  • Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig from Monday to Friday
