About the role

Wise Sea IT Consulting Solution OPC' is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a range of HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, and policy development.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters such as compensation, benefits, and workplace policies
  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Partnering with managers to address employee performance and disciplinary issues
  • Coordinating employee training and development initiatives
  • Administering employee benefits and leave programs
  • Contributing to the overall HR strategy and initiatives of the organisation

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a HR Specialist or generalist role, preferably within the IT consulting industry
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and report generation
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
