
HR Specialist

The HR Specialist is responsible for providing support in various human resources functions, which may include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, and HR systems management. This role ensures that HR operations run smoothly and effectively to support the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Prepare job postings and coordinate recruitment campaigns.
Facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and initiatives.
Assist in handling employee concerns and help foster a positive work environment.
Performance Management
Assist in the administration of performance appraisal cycles.
Support managers and employees with goal-setting, feedback, and performance review processes.
Compensation & Benefits
Coordinate payroll inputs, government-mandated benefits, and company benefits.
- Monitor leave records, attendance, and timekeeping systems.
Provide support in salary administration and benchmarking.
Training & Development
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning sessions.
Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
- Prepare HR-related reports and analytics as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
