About the role

Join the dynamic HR team at Select Goods' as an HR Specialist in our Taguig City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be an integral part of our HR Consulting and Generalist function, supporting our growing business through the delivery of strategic HR services.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide expert HR advice and support across the organisation on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and learning and development
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of HR policies, programmes and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and drive organisational performance
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored HR solutions
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the HR team in the delivery of high-quality, responsive and solutions-focused HR services

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR information systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
