About the role

Exciting opportunity to join the growing team at Sweet Ecstasy as an HR Recruitment Specialist. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans. This full-time role is based in our Makati City office.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-calibre candidates
  • Screen and interview prospective candidates, assessing their skills, experience and cultural fit
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future vacancies
  • Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the hiring process

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within the human resources industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about helping people find their dream job
