We're looking for an HR Admin who's organized, proactive, detail-obsessed, great with people, and not afraid of spreadsheets.

  • Location: Rockwell, Makati
  • Office hours: Mon-Friday (8:30 to 5:30) | 4 days RTO
  • Employment Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

    (With potential for full-time absorption depending on business needs after our ongoing HR housekeeping and company transitions.)
Why This Role Exists

This role was opened due to recent HR movements and ongoing company transitions. It's a crucial support function during this period—and if the role remains essential afterwards, a full-time offer is very much on the table.

What You'll Do
  • Assist the HR Manager in validating submitted timekeeping records.
  • Assist in monitoring employee contracts (regularization of direct hires, project-based contracts, and renewals).
  • Support recruitment and onboarding compliance, including requirements and documentation.
  • Help with operational tasks such as organizing files, maintaining employee information, and coordinating simple internal requests.
  • Handle vendor payment processing and coordinate payment references for all HR-related billings.
  • Support special programs and assist with employee events logistics.
What We're Looking For

Non-negotiables:

  • With 6 months in timekeeping.
  • Proficient in Excel (comfortable with formulas and basic analysis).

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of HR Admin experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Outgoing, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
  • Flexible and proactive—someone who can jump into events, programs, and ad hoc HR needs without hesitation.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Able to prepare simple memos, advisories, and reports.
