What You Will Do:

As HR Admin Generalist, you will hold a key role in ensuring the health and well-being of our team by providing support in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR and Admin function. Through you we will continue to build a workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and eager to do their best work every day.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

  • Managing employee records and updating HRIS
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Organizing employee engagement and company activities
  • Performing general administrative and office management tasks
  • Handling internal communications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in HR or Admin role
  • Preferably with compensation and benefits administration background
  • Proactive, adaptable, driven
  • Clear communicator
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter
  • Trustworthy, discreet, collaborative, and empathetic
