We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to lead the HR operations of a leading manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions based in Caybiga, Caloocan City.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, foster positive union relations, and maintain a productive workforce of more than 200 employees (a mix of rank & file, agency-based, and contractual staff).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Union & Labor Relations:
  • Manage Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) administration, negotiations, and compliance.
  • Serve as primary liaison between management and the union.
  • Employee Records & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate 201 files for all employees (regular, agency, contractual).
  • Track leaves, tardiness, absences, years of service, and other statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Labor Case Management:
  • Represent the company before the NLRC (National Labor Relations Commission).
  • Handle labor cases end-to-end, including mediation, conciliation, and settlement.
  • Agency & Contractual Management:
  • Oversee agency worker compliance, contracts, and performance alignment.
  • Policy Implementation:
  • Enforce company policies, labor laws (DOLE), and CBA provisions.
  • Reporting:
  • Generate HR analytics on attendance, attrition, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience as an HR Manager, Supervisor or Senior HR Generalist in a manufacturing/industrial setting with 90+ rank-and-file employees.

Non-Negotiable Experience:

  • Handling unionized workforces and CBA implementation.
  • Appearing before the NLRC and managing labor cases up to mediation.
  • Maintaining 201 files and precision in attendance/leave tracking.
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and wage orders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office.
  • Strong conflict-resolution, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
