JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans, directs and controls the following activities of the Human Resources and Administrative Department:
 
Human Resource Management
- Recruitment and Staffing
 - Employee Orientation, Training and Development
 - Compensation and Benefits Administration
 - Organizational and Space Planning
 - Performance Management and Improvement Systems
 - Organization Development
 - Human Resources Regulatory Compliance
 - Policy Development and Documentation
 - Employee Relations
 - Employee Safety, Welfare, Wellness and Health
 - Employee Services and Counseling
 
Administration and General Services
- Reception
 - Cleanliness, Repair and Maintenance of all Buildings and Vehicles
 - Security Services
 - Securing of Permits, Licenses and Other Government-Mandated Requirements
 - Storage and Disposition of Supplies
 Canteen Management
Provides overall human resources and administrative support and direction to all departments of the company and its affiliates
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate from a bachelor degree program in human resources, business administration, psychology, behavioral science or any related field
 - With at least 5 years of experience as Manager or Assistant Manager as an HR professional
 - Strong leadership and administrative skills
 - Ability to withstand stress and pressure at work
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills
 - Attention to detail and able to work accurately
 - A team player and has good interpersonal skills; can work effectively with people at all levels
