We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives, focusing on areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee performance management and employee evaluation systems.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a positive working environment.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.
  • Maintain HR records and compile reports for upper management.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR Manager experience required.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Acceptable fields of study include Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or Organisational Psychology.
