About the role

As the Human Resources Manager at Frontier Dental Products Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our organisation. This full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our talented team as we continue to grow our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective HR policies procedures, and programmes that align with the company's strategic objectives to attract the best candidates.
  • Must be adept at employee recruitment and onboarding.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Identify and address staffing needs, collaborating with department heads to ensure the right people are in the right roles
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that promotes employee wellbeing and job satisfaction
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent
  • Contribute to the strategic decision-making process by providing HR insights and recommendations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably with a good experience in employee recruitment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Philippine labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in Human Resources Management is an advantage
