Responsible for the overall management and administration of the services and activities of the Human Resources Department covering: manpower and organization planning; recruitment and employment records and personnel information system, job analysis and performance evaluation, benefits, and welfare, and training.

I. Policy Formulation

a) Assists management in formulating personnel policies, procedures, and programs that will serve the requirements of the Company in the areas of employment, compensation, benefits, and records management.

b) Administers fairly and consistently the approved policies, procedures, and programs with the results of creating a favorable climate for harmonious relations between management and individual employees.

II. Human Resources Acquisition

A. Recruitment and Selection

  1. Ensures that the organization has an adequate supply of qualified human resources at all levels and in all positions to man the jobs as per the approved manning plan.

  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment, selection, and placement programs to enable the Company to attract qualified employees.

  3. Closely monitor personnel deployment of all sections and departments to ensure that they do not operate beyond the approved manning plan.

  4. Ensures that the new hires undergo job orientation in coordination with their immediate superiors.

  5. Conduct in-depth interviews/assessments on employees recommended for regularization/promotion, as well as applicants for supervisory/managerial level and rank-and-file positions.

B. Personnel Documentation

  1. Ensure all pre-employment requirements and documents are submitted by prospective employees.

  2. Review and check data/records submitted by employees to ensure veracity of information.

  3. Ensures that all personnel movements are properly documented

  4. Ensures the timely release of Performance Appraisal Forms for employees due for evaluation.

III. Benefits Administration

  1. Formulates, recommends and evaluates policies and procedures regarding employee benefits.

  2. Coordinate with all employees to help them understand the different benefits mandated by the government.

IV. Wages and Salary Administration

  1. Assist the Management in providing inputs in the administration of wage and salary programs to different employee groups.

  2. Administers the implementation of compensation programs to various employee groups by job evaluation system results in particular and with the hotel industry in general.

V. Job Analysis and Evaluation

  1. Oversees the proper conduct of job analysis and evaluation to ensure that the job classification table is updated.

  2. Ensures that all employees have updated job descriptions.

VI. Training and Development

  1. Administers training and development programs by employee needs.

  2. Ensures transfer of technology to staff through various training tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
