Job Summary:

The HR and Admin Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support in the areas of human resources and administrative operations. This role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and programs, assists in recruitment and employee relations, and oversees day-to-day administrative functions to maintain a productive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs such as performance appraisal, training and development, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR standards.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and notices.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
  • Handle employee concerns and provide administrative support in disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate with government agencies for statutory reporting and compliance.

Administration:

  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Manage and monitor service contracts, company assets, and facility maintenance.
  • Support logistics and coordination for company events, meetings, and training.
  • Handle administrative documentation such as purchase requests, reimbursements, and official correspondences.
  • Assist in policy implementation and ensure adherence to company rules and procedures.
  • Provide general support to management and other departments when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (advantage).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
