The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in implementing and maintaining employee-related programs, processes, and documentation. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative functions within a dynamic IT company like Integrated Computer Systems, Inc. (ICS), where innovation, collaboration, and people development are at the core of our culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and help execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team (e.g., filing, data entry, scheduling).
  • Creates designs for HR collaterals and materials contributing to the company's visual and branding initiatives
  • Provides support to Human resources operations by providing daily assistance to the team, promoting process efficiency and timely completion of tasks
  • Performs other job related duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.
  • Can start immediately (can render a minimum of 300 hours)
  • Willing to report onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City
  • This is a paid internship.
