  • Assists with payroll processing tasks, including collecting timesheets, payroll information, data entry, verification, and record keeping
  • Work closely with the payroll & operations department to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
  • Ensure the payout is calculated based on the hours worked, overtime, and deductions
  • Answering employees' payroll-related queries, such as deductions, payslip discrepancies, etc.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of payroll reports and Gcash payout
  • Maintaining an accurate record of payroll documentation and ensure that payroll data is handled securely and in compliance with private regulations

Qualification

  • A graduate of BS Accountancy or Financial Management
  • At least 1-3 years working experience
  • With experience as a payroll assistant or in a related role
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Understand the payroll practices and related tax and legal obligations
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
