About the role

As a Payroll Officer at Prime Technology Specialists Inc.', you will play a crucial role in the company's finance and accounting operations. Based in our Pasig City Metro Manila office, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including calculating gross and net pay, withholding taxes, and other deductions
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Prepare and file all necessary payroll-related documentation and reports
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and processes
  • Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a payroll officer or similar role
  • Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong aptitude for numerical work
  • Thorough understanding of payroll regulations and best practices
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with employees and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently to meet deadlines
