**Your Role:

As a Payroll Assistant, you will:**

  • Manages Payroll Manager Report in Wellsky daily.
  • Reviews Payroll Manager Report and prepares payroll summary report for each clinician and contractor.
  • Answering questions and resolving payroll-related issues timely
  • Ensures employees and contractors are compensated accurately and timely.
  • Reconciling clinicians' and contractors' invoices with patient summary list to ensure accurate payment. Inform clinicians and contractors of unpaid visits.
  • Process payment for show-up pay, pay-ex, PTO, in-service, orientation, and other administrative charges by clinicians and contractors.
  • Process payment for mileage and cell data charges by clinicians.
  • Updates payroll records or information in Wellsky.
  • Reviews and posts daily insurance electronic remittances in Wellsky
  • Answering phones/emails timely
  • Any other tasks assigned

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • 1+ years of experience in payroll administration
  • Degree in Accounting/Managerial Accounting or related field
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in the English language with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially EXCEL
