About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Master to manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions, compliance with labor laws, and effective coordination with HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, deductions, and benefits.
  • Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee status changes (new hires, terminations, promotions).
  • Ensure proper tax filings and remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in C. Raymundo, Pasig City
