About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who would like an opportunity to explore all facets of HR. You will help HR Manager in executing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and HR compliance.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate hiring schedules and communicate with applicants.
  • Prepare job offers, contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Assist in resolving employee concerns and promote a healthy work culture.
  • help in organizing employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events.
  • Maintain employee records and monitor attendance, leaves, and performance updates.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain and update HR files, 201 records, and HRIS data.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in payroll-related documentation.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in policy development and implementation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of HR experience (generalist or specialist role).
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
