Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Specialist with at least five years in a generalist role. The ideal candidate is well-versed in core HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with labor regulations are essential. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Process payroll and government contributions with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain employee records and HR reports using Excel-based tracking
- Administer employee benefits and coordinate with providers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support employee relations and assist in disciplinary procedures
- Prepare HR reports and assist in internal audits
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Contribute to policy updates and HR process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong background in payroll and benefits administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
