Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle daily administrative operations, meeting coordination, and internal documentation.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients regarding ongoing recruitment updates.
  • Provide support to leadership through reporting, team coordination, and process improvement.
  • Oversee onboarding and contribute to HR initiatives for employee engagement.
  • Participate in strategy discussions to help scale recruitment and operational functions.

Qualifications:

  • Recruitment experience – MUST
  • Remote work experience – MUST
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Highly self-driven with attention to detail and accountability
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Canva, and similar platforms
  • Quick learner, flexible, and eager for long-term growth
