Role Summary:

  • Lead the Philippines Customer Success team to ensure key clients achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Drive project execution, data-driven insights, and team performance while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership:
    Own end-to-end key account projects (workbooks, presentations, use cases).
  • Client Success:
    Deliver analytics, troubleshoot technical issues, and track success metrics.
  • Team Management:
    Guide the team members to achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    at least 3 years team leading experience.
  • Account Skills:
    Proven success with key IT/AI/SaaS client projects.
  • Analytical Agility:
    Strong data analysis and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Communication:
    Professional English fluency;
    Chinese proficiency required

  • Work Ethic:
    Detail-oriented, hands-on, and thrives under pressure.
  • Industry Background:
    AI/SaaS experience preferred.
