Role Summary:
- Lead the Philippines Customer Success team to ensure key clients achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Drive project execution, data-driven insights, and team performance while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
Own end-to-end key account projects (workbooks, presentations, use cases). - Client Success:
Deliver analytics, troubleshoot technical issues, and track success metrics. - Team Management:
Guide the team members to achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced environment. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience:
at least 3 years team leading experience. - Account Skills:
Proven success with key IT/AI/SaaS client projects. - Analytical Agility:
Strong data analysis and independent problem-solving skills. - Communication:
Professional English fluency;
Chinese proficiency required
. - Work Ethic:
Detail-oriented, hands-on, and thrives under pressure. - Industry Background:
AI/SaaS experience preferred.
