  • Eastern Timezone (Night Shift in PH)

Job Summary:

Prime System Solutions, a leading provider of global IT services, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate. This role supports the overall customer journey by assisting with day-to-day client coordination, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Support:
  • Assist in maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients by understanding their basic needs and concerns.
  • Support as a secondary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Help gather client feedback during check-ins or scheduled calls, contributing insights to improve services and processes.
  • Document client updates, requests, and feedback for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with senior team members to ensure client goals and expectations are aligned with ongoing services.
Service Delivery Assistance:
  • Support the service delivery team in tracking project milestones, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Assist in coordinating tasks, schedules, and resource availability as needed.
  • Monitor internal communication channels to ensure client-related updates are addressed promptly.
  • Help prepare reports, summaries, and quality checks under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to improvements in workflows and client support processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, client support, account coordination, or service delivery—preferably in IT, MSP, or BPO environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Basic understanding of service delivery processes and customer relationship management.
