Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, qualify, and connect with business owners and executives in Singapore and other developed markets.
* Deliver virtual sales pitches, presentations, and consultations to demonstrate our solutions.
* Analyze client challenges and position our offerings as the strategic answer.
* Investigate market trends, competitor services, and client issues to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
* Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline, guaranteeing prompt follow-ups and consistent client interaction.
* Negotiate agreements, finalize deals, and manage a seamless transition to the operations and onboarding teams.
* Keep precise sales records and log all activities in the CRM system (HubSpot).
* Work with the marketing team to improve outreach approaches and client communication.
Qualifications
* 2–4 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or sales.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to interact with decision-makers.
* Demonstrated background in consultative selling or B2B client engagement.
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, for lead management and activity tracking.
* A strategic mindset with excellent research and analytical capabilities.
* Background in HR, recruitment, or outsourcing solutions is advantageous.
* Must be available to start immediately (without a notice period).
PAY STRUCTURE AND BENEFITS: Base salary + sales commission + 13th month pay.
