Work from Home, Philippines Mojiko Trading and Services Corporation Full time ₱60,000 - ₱120,000 per year

Your Responsibilities:

Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports related to Tax to government agencies (i.e. BIR, LGUs) and ensures adherence to requirements.

Prepares relevant, accurate and quality accounting / financial reports and data and payment process, to address the requirements of BIR / SSS / PHILHEALTH and Pagibig.

  • Computes for taxes due
  • Prepares funding and payment requests
  • Prepares tax returns and relevant attachments for BIR filing, SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig (inc. DOLE) (for 3 fulltime staff only)
  • Files and pays tax returns to the BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig (for 3 fulltime staff only)
  • Updates the team with new BIR regulations/developments that could impact the business
  • Prepares BIR Forms for submissions to vendors
  • Liaises with tax consultant for any tax queries/consultations
  • Assists in internal and external audits
  • Assists in the preparation of all other accounting related documents

Your Profile

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • With at least 3 years relevant work experience with Tax compliance reporting is preferred
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Google drive)
  • Must possess very good analytical, oral and written communication skills
  • Keen to details and highly committed
  • Diligent and can work with minimum supervision
  • Assertive, systematic and organized
  • Can work under pressure and effective in meeting deadlines
