About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Perform monthly account reconciliations and journal entries

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

Collaborate with auditors during external and internal audits

Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA certification preferred (or actively pursuing CPA)

3–5 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting or corporate)

Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger functions

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
