About the role
Join the dynamic team of CPI Management Services' as a Call Center Agent | Non Voice. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila, offering you the chance to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. - Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital platforms

What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using computer applications and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
